Crystallum released it’s first vintage in 2007 with 4134 bottles of Sauvignon Blanc released under the Walker Bay wine of origin banner. The wines are made in the Walker Bay region and fruit is sourced from this area with Elgin fruit being introduced in 2008. The 2008 vintage has seen the introduction of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to accompany the Sauvignon Blanc thereby completing a trio of cultivar specific wines.
Our focus is to produce superlative hand crafted wines that reflect ourselves and the terroir that we have chosen. The land that we cultivate provides the core of what we produce and the site where our energy is returned and sourced once again.
