Vineyards

We source our fruit largely from the cool, maritime Hemel-en-Aarde region but venture slightly further afield when we find exciting sites that bring complexity to our wines. Vineyards in the Hemel-en-Aarde are renowned as premium sites for the production of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir but recent finds, particularly in the Overberg and Elandskloof regions, are proving increasingly impressive. We have recently expanded into vineyard ownership with a view to protecting grape supply for the future.
